I am third generation Alaskan and proud single parent to my son Ryan. I have tried to set this up as a mom and pop site and think this will be most helpful for the occasional garage saler as well as the weekend warrior.  Many more folks will be able to find your sale with extras such as the ability to print a map to your sale, see your key items listed or email you for specifics.. (My son Ryan and I fishing).
